We’re now looking for a new team member to help bring the power of AI‑enabled productivity across the organization.About the RoleAs our AI Solutions Lead, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to improve how work gets done, reducing manual effort while identifying innovative ways to enhance workflows. Using digital tools, you’ll help drive smarter, more efficient, and more impactful ways of working.What You’ll DoMeet with different departments (news, sales, finance, HR, traffic, production) to learn how they do their workIdentify opportunities where AI can reduce repetitive or time‑consuming work, improve efficiency, and augment team members’ capabilitiesCreate AI‑driven tools and templates to help staff make tasks more efficient or comprehensive (e.G., clean or reformat spreadsheets, generate consistent custom reports, develop more efficient workflows, conduct industry research and comparison reporting)Test solutions with employees, gather feedback, and iterate on designsWrite quick‑start guides, templates, and checklistsProvide basic training and support, run short training sessions (in person or over video), and follow up to encourage adoptionMonitor effectiveness (time saved, accuracy, quality)Ensure all AI use follows company rules and data privacy best practices, maintaining responsible use (human review, data protection, no sensitive inputs)What You BringGreat communicator who connects well with others and works collaboratively across teamsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)AI literacy,
