Our systems are currently deployed in commercial cultivation facilities across North America.The RoleWe're looking for aJunior Technicianto support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and commissioning of our automation and sensor-based systems. This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to customer facilities for installation and commissioning work.You’ll be involved in building real systems from the ground up—from panel fabrication and wiring to testing sensors and supporting field installations. In this fast-moving, early-stage environment, we're looking for someone proactive and resourceful who can take initiative, solve technical problems, and improve processes.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Panel FabricationBuild electrical control panels from scratch, perform drilling, step-bit work, tapping, and mounting componentsInstall DIN rail, PLC hardware, relays, power supplies, and other electrical componentsPerform clean,
