As the Head of Supply Chain, you will lead a energetic procurement team in executing the overarching vision for STRABAG's procurement strategy. Your role will include managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders while actively participating in senior management discussions to enhance project execution and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement guidelines and resources
• Manage tendering and estimation processes for projects
• Attend senior management meetings to represent procurement




• Review and approve purchasing documents prior to issuance
• Support recruitment and training of procurement personnel

Requirements:
• 15+ years’ experience in procurement
• 10+ years in a senior management position
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Qualified handling of confidential information
• Self-motivated and adaptable in approach
