This full time position focuses on the effective installation and upkeep of city lighting systems. Qualified candidates must be certified as Journeyman Electricians or Journeyman Power Linemen.

Essential duties include leading crews, engaging in safety training, and performing maintenance tasks on lighting systems. Key Responsibilities:
Install recent traffic control and street lighting systems
Conduct maintenance and repairs of lighting equipment
Lead crew activities as required
Participate in safety and traffic control seminars
Accomplish additional duties as assigned Requirements:
Certified Journeyman Electrician or Power Lineman Licence
Hold a valid Class “G” Ontario Drivers Licence
Ability to direct and instruct crew members
Excellent public communication skills
