Coordinate and evaluate therapeutic recreation services
Implement engaging recreation programs and activities
Assess residents’ interests and adjust programs accordingly
Facilitate group and one-on-one engagement sessions
Mentor and lead recreation team members Requirements:
Degree in Recreation Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or related
ATRA registration or eligibility
At least 3 years of experience in recreation program planning
Leadership experience in supervision and conflict resolution
