As a KidStrong Coach, you will be instrumental in our current Red Deer location opening in Fall 2025. We seek coaches passionate about developing athletic and smart kids, focusing on ages 15 months to 11 years. In this exciting role, you'll deliver science-based curriculum classes while positively interacting with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach kids ages 15 months to 11 years in athletic development
• Educate parents on the curriculum and its perks
• Lead weekday classes in mid-mornings and evenings
• Manage weekend classes and birthday party sessions
• Foster a motivating and encouraging atmosphere for kids

Requirements:
• Experience coaching kids in specified age range
• Knowledge of exercise techniques and physiology
• CPR certification required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach
