Your expertise will ensure our enterprise clients gain maximum value from our software solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Delivery, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients who rely on our creative software.
Building trust and understanding client needs will be crucial to maintain optimal usability. You’ll also track outcomes and facilitate strategic improvements within client operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic plans for clients
Monitor software usage and business results
Conduct regular meetings to update on status

Advocate for client needs during planning Requirements:
4+ years in customer-facing software roles
Technical account management or customer success experience
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
