The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the role.ResponsibilitiesKey maintenance tasks and filings, including preparing of report books and maintaining/updating minute books (including registers and ledgers) and MinuteBoxPrepare general and annual corporate filings, director/officer changes, dividends, redemptions, extra-provincial and business name registrations; Conduct corporate searches and analyze filingsLiaise with clients, lawyers and law clerks, as neededAssist processing corporate documents utilizing eCoreProduce the highest quality of workAccountable for all work assignedTake initiative, attention to detail,
