Advise sales staff on delivery services, including delivery time/date and product placement Provide quotes for out-of-zone delivery services and "carry in" service Contact customers and respond to inquiries regarding delivery information Maintain contact with drivers and update systems upon delivery completion, noting any issues for tracking Adjust delivery orders as instructed, including substitutions, add-ons, and cancellations Contact vendors for replacement parts, inspect defective merchandise,
