In this role, you will build creative solutions, prepare quotes for our Dealers, and liaise with Client Services and Design Engineers throughout the process. You will play a key role in managing complex projects, developing customized furniture solutions, and ensuring accuracy from concept through to production. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, with strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and problem solve in a fast‑paced environment.What You Will DoPrepare furniture layout drawings, renderings, 3D drawings, and complete proposal packagesCreate quotes for Dealers by identifying customer requirements including scope, budget, and competitive information; develop solutionsand source pricingAudit specifications against drawings and produce order‑ready documentation; consult with Dealers onrevisionsCommunicate product specifications, design intent, and value effectivelyPrepare accurate orders including specifications, quantities, pricing, discounts, and service instructionsManage complex projects, including reviewing documents, furniture specifications, applications, and product strategyCollaborate with Product Development to create custom designs and new product enhancementsWork with suppliers to integrate specialized hardware into designs, ensuring functionality and aestheticsApply knowledge of manufacturing processes to price and validate custom solutionsQuote custom materials (e.G., veneer, metal, hardware) and design built‑in solutions similar to millworkOversee prototype testing to ensure designs meet specifications and performance standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and productivity targets are metConsult with Engineering on layout, design,
