This full time, permanent position involves understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions with our product offerings. You'll demonstrate instruments, answer customer inquiries, and actively follow up on orders, utilizing a commonsense approach for troubleshooting. Attend ongoing training sessions to remain knowledgeable about our products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through renting and purchasing musical gear
• Assess and match individual customer needs with products
• Demonstrate instrument features to potential customers




• Professionally handle phone inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain an inviting store setting through merchandising

Requirements:
• Must be a musician who can play an instrument
• Robust verbal communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a proven work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy items as required
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred
