In this one-year contract role, you will work with students to build their self-identity and forge connections to their community. Emphasizing Trauma-Informed Care, you will develop tailored goals with students and engage their families to strengthen support systems. This role combines personal development with community resource connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with students on personalized goals
• Foster caregiver involvement for child support
• Design and implement group programs tailored to school needs




• Promote healthy identity and cultural understanding
• Facilitate youth involvement in summer activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or Child & Youth Care
• Relevant experience with diverse communities
• Excellent communication and management abilities
• Current police checks and valid driver’s license
• Must obtain First Aid Level C CPR within three months
