BSW preferredRegistration as a Social Worker with the ACSW is requiredVehicle and valid Driver’s LicenseKnowledge of issues impacting seniors and a working knowledge of community resources in Edmonton for older adultsMinimum 2 years of supervisory experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in case managementProficient communication, assessment and collaboration skillsPolice Information Check including Vulnerable Sector is requiredExperience working with older adults, volunteers and diverse culturesThe starting salary range for this position is between $58,000 - $65,317plus100% Employer paid Health & Dental plan and 5% matched Pension plan. Salary considerations are based on assessment of the successful candidate’s education, skills, previous experience and other factors.Sage Seniors Association offers an outstanding work life balance with a 35-hour work week, 3 weeks of vacation to start and generous sick leave accruals. Sage also observes13 statutory holidaysin the calendar year. Sage is currently offering outstanding flexibility with ahybrid working workplace (remote Fridays), and theoption for a compressed work week.
