This individual would report directly to the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing and collaborate with the investment team.This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing qualified to deepen their exposure to private equity, take on meaningful responsibility, and contribute directly to the firm’s growth and investor engagement strategy.OverviewThe Investor Relations Associate will work with the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing and play an active role in communications, supporting fundraising processes, analytics, producing high quality marketing materials and overall relationships with stakeholders of the firm (inclusive of investors - limited partners (“LPs”), lenders and shareholders). The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of private equity, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and exceptional communication abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Communication and ReportingSupport preparation and distribution of investor materials, including quarterly reports, capital calls, distribution notices and ad-hoc communications.Preparation, coordination and execution of Clairvest’s Limited Partner Annual General MeetingProduce pitchbooks for prospective LPsCollaborate with the Investment team to provide portfolio company updatesHelp manage relationships with existing and prospective LPs,



ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement through accurate & timely reportingAnalytics and Market InsightsAnalyze portfolio performance data and support the creation of investor presentations and materialsConduct market and competitive landscape research to inform fundraising and communicationsContribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the firm’s track record and performance metricsMarketing & BrandingSupport with external marketing collateral and branding initiatives (Website, LinkedIn, Mailchimp campaigns)Produce marketing collateral to assist with deal marketingEnsure consistency and quality across all external-facing materialsSystems & Data ManagementMaintain the Company’s Limited Partner portal and CRM systemsManage updates to industry databases (e.G., Preqin, PitchBook)Improve internal processes related to investor reporting and communicationsAssist with special projects and/or eventsQualifications2-3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, private equity, accounting or a relevant role within the finance industryUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred,Progress towards or completion of CPA or CFA an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to synthesize complex informationStrong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors and colleaguesDemonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently, with the confidence to make judgment calls and see work through to completionHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approachAdvanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; experience with programs like PowerBI and Canva or CRM systems are a plusEarly use and adoption of AI at workPlease note, our team works in person in the office at Yonge and St. Clair; CompensationBase Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD + potential bonus.Please submit your application by Saturday, May 9th, 2026.#J-18808-Ljbffr
