Key Responsibilities: • Lead ISO 14001 compliance and environmental initiatives • Chair Joint Health & Safety Committee to resolve issues • Drive cross-departmental CI projects and metrics reporting • Ensure safety training and adherence to regulations • Manage security protocols and regulatory compliance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Engineering • 5+ years of experience in related fields • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Understanding of regulatory requirements in Canada • Strong leadership and training capabilities
