Pursuit Recruiter Jasper High Volume Canadian RockiesLocation: Calgary, ABSalary: $50,000–$67,500 per yearJob type: Full-timeROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESFull cycle recruitment for the high volume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.Craft compelling job postings tailored to industry-specific needs.Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers.Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and recruitment strategy.Use best practices in sourcing, engaging candidates and managing the recruitment process.Provide weekly reporting to hiring managers.Meet KPIs, SLAs and hiring targets.Keep the applicant tracking system up to date.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of recruitment processes.Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.High-volume recruiting experience.Recruitment within an HRIS/ATS system; Workday preferred.Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.Skilled in building rapport and partnerships across the business to deeply understand team needs.Adept with sourcing methods and tools, attracting and inspiring candidates with a compelling narrative.Ability to advise and influence partners on market intelligence, candidate experience,
