Growing together.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops, tests, and maintains software according to company coding: standards, processes, testing, risk analysis, and metrics creation.Utilizes customer feedback and input to guide their work and provide value in outcomesWorks with Engineering Leadership & Product Management to translate requirements into engineering specifications and plans.Participate in backlog grooming sessions, actively provides feedback and input.Participate in test planning and collaboration with QA EngineersCapable of debugging and resolving increasingly complex issues.Develops with a quality mindset, understanding the importance and impact of leaked defects.
