This position supports the sales organization with accurate forecasting, performance analytics, and customer insights, while partnering closely with supply chain and demand planning to ensure strong service levels, healthy inventory, and efficient execution across Canadian retail customers. The role requires hands‑on experience working with customer portals to support demand visibility, performance tracking, and issue resolution. As with all positions at Tree of Life Canada we expect that all actions will be consistent with Tree of Life Canada’s Mission, Vision and Values.Essential FunctionsForecasting, Demand & Supply Chain SupportSupport the demand planning process by consolidating sales forecasts and customer inputsMonitor forecast accuracy, service levels (OTIF), and customer fill ratesIdentify supply risks, inventory constraints, and excess/obsolete inventoryPartner with supply chain and operations to align production, inventory,



and customer demandSupport S&OP; processes with data analysis and reportingInventory & Service Level ManagementTrack inventory levels, turns, and weeks of supplyFlag slow‑moving, at‑risk, or expiring inventorySupport mitigation plans for shortages, allocations, and customer service issuesMonitor customer compliance metrics, including deductions and chargebacksSales Analytics & Commercial SupportAnalyze sales performance by customer, channel, SKU, and regionSupport sales forecasting and monthly demand reviewsPrepare customer scorecards, KPI dashboards, and performance reportsTrack promotional performance, distribution gains, and pricing changesSupport trade spend tracking and post‑event analysisAssist with customer presentations and internal sales reviewsCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer ServiceGood relationship management skills both internally and externallyEnsure alignment between customer commitments and operational capabilitiesSupport current product launches with forecast inputs and supply readinessContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsExperience And Qualifications RequiredMinimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, demand planning, or supply chain within CPGHands‑on experience with customer portals (Circana,

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
