The full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 40 hrs/week) is based at our Vancouver office with occasional on‑site work at active construction projects.The Co‑Op/Intern will work with the Procurement team, focusing on translating conceptual ideas into practical outputs. The role includes data analysis, dashboard development, and the use of applied AI tools.ResponsibilitiesTranslate high‑level concepts into actionable plans and deliverablesConduct data analysis to support decision‑making and operational insightsDesign and maintain dashboards using Power BIUtilize AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT) to improve workflows, documentation, and analysisIterate on solutions based on feedback and stakeholder inputIdentify process improvements and opportunities for automationPrepare clear summaries, reports, and visualizationsDeliver functional dashboards and analytical outputsAdvance ideas independently from concept to implemented solutionsContribute to improved workflows through data and digital toolsOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsEnrolled in a relevant program (e.G., Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science)Working knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL,
