Within this role, you will manage both new and ongoing business requirements across core Sales Operations functions, including territory planning, target setting, data and system infrastructure, reporting and analytics, and sales incentive administration. Additionally, you will identify and implement best practices to align with industry standards and support future growth.Job DescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure existing sales operations processes are executed while establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency standardsImplement enhancements to data, processes, and tools in response to evolving business needs, while maintaining clear documentation to support governance and complianceIdentify and recommend opportunities to standardize processes and tools to improve scalability and enhance sales process efficienciesPerform data analysis and deliver actionable insights to support business decision making, including maintaining existing reports and developing new dashboards as neededSupport key sales operations functions including territory planning, target setting, and sales incentive administration, while contributing to ongoing process improvementsKnowledge and QualificationsBachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related fieldSolid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniquesExperience using and developing reports,
