As a Senior Analyst, you will lead testing engagements and assess control effectiveness. By identifying risks and suggesting improvements, you will play a critical role in strengthening regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute testing engagements and control assessments • Conduct discussions to assess compliance control effectiveness • Lead workshops on compliance risk assessments • Document and recommend enhancements to compliance controls • Prepare reports and materials for governance activities
Requirements: • 3-5+ years in compliance or a related discipline • Knowledge of risk frameworks and testing methodologies • Solid investigative and analytical skills • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Experience with regulatory change initiatives
