We're looking for a Junior Estimator/Customer Service Representative with at least one year of experience, ideally in the automotive industry. You will handle customer relationships, insurance communications, and order processing while contributing to a positive team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Provide friendly customer service via phone, in person, and email




• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using our system
• Manage insurance assignments and record communications
• Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage repairs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Google platforms and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required
