Lume Kitchen & Lounge is looking for an experienced individual that can lead a team of cooks and chef for a brunch service. We are seeking motivated individuals with 3–4 years of restaurant kitchen experience who are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Our Brunch is an upscale dining experience. Brunch starts at 10:00am and finishes at 3:00.

This individual will be responsible for reporting to the executive chef regarding staffing, ordering and menu development.

We are looking for a someone who is punctual, professional and can take lead and keep control under pressure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Previous line cook experience required
- Ability to remain organized and focused during busy service




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant health & safety standards
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
