Yummy Waffle, located in the heart of Bank Street in Ottawa, is a popular dessert destination. We are currently looking for a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Barista to join our team immediately and take full ownership of our coffee section.

The Role:

We need a professional who can hit the ground running. You will be fully responsible for managing the coffee station, ensuring every cup meets our high-quality standards, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fully manage and operate the coffee section from start to finish.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages with precision.
- Calibrate espresso machines, grinders, and maintain all coffee equipment daily.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.





Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Barista in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.
- Leadership: Ability to independently manage the coffee section and ensure smooth operations.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
- Availability: Ready to start working immediately.
