Commission is searching for a dedicated Project Manager to lead complex capital projects within its Capital Project Delivery Office. You will coordinate project activities across a $10M-$15M portfolio and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The role demands strong leadership, planning, and collaborative capabilities to manage deliverables effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multifaceted project delivery from initiation to close-out
- Define and monitor project budgets, schedules, and objectives




- Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors throughout the project
- Conduct project reviews and provide scope recommendations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) designation preferred
- Extensive experience with capital projects in transit
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
