Carry out an in-depth review of financing requests submitted by generalist SME Directors in training and ensure their compliance with the Bank's business rules and financing policies Interact with generalist SME Directors and managers in order to rapidly develop the credit and operational risk management skills of SME clients Continuously coach on business development, different skills, customer service and any other customer-centric topic Coordinate and disseminate training to recent DC Flex Participate in the identification of optimizations, standardization and process improvements Ensure compliance and risk management rules.
