Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the DDC Building Attendant is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. The Attendant must perform general maintenance tasks at DDC sites in Quebec.

He or she ensures that facilities are in good working order and that buildings are clean. Regularly inspect buildings and equipment at various sites. Maintain identified equipment on a regular basis and keep a record of this maintenance.

Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance. Perform necessary repairs or equipment replacement. Perform minor renovation work (painting, installing coverings, repairing partitions, etc.).





Manage equipment inventory and relationships with suppliers and contractors. Ensure compliance with current safety and compliance standards, in partnership with the Asset Protection and Health and Safety teams. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.

A technical diploma or skill cards (an asset) Strong technical skills (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.). Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
