Overview

Pearl DCS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and protected environment for our facilities. This position requires a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients and staff.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various facilities.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls, and furniture throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.




- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Skills

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
