Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / General Practitioners for an exciting new Family Health Group (FHG) clinic opening in Lambeth, London, Ontario in March 2027 .

Earning Potential: Up to CAD $750,000 per year

Signing Incentive: CAD $11,500

Practice Split: 75/25 – physician retains 75%

Location: Lambeth, London, Ontario

The Opportunity

This new location will operate as a branch of an established and thriving existing clinic , giving incoming physicians the perks of an experienced practice behind them while working from a brand-new location.

Importantly, doctors will not be starting from scratch . Approximately 600–700 patients will be allocated before arrival , with panels expected to grow to approximately 1,500–2,000 patients within 3–6 months , depending on working schedule.

Strong patient demand is anticipated from opening, creating excellent potential to develop a busy and high-earning practice quickly.

The Role

- Provide comprehensive Family Medicine to patients of all ages
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventative and chronic disease care
- Build long-term relationships with your patient panel
- Coordinate investigations, referrals and continuity of care

Requirements

- Licensed or eligible for independent registration with the CPSO
- Recognised Family Medicine / General Practice qualification
- International Family Physicians eligible for Ontario registration encouraged to apply
- Strong patient-centred care and communication skills
