Field Service Technician – Training Provided

No previous duct cleaning, HVAC, or service-industry experience required. We will train the right person.

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as a Field Service Technician.

This position may be a great fit for someone currently working in fast food, restaurants, gas stations, retail, warehouses, general labour, or another hourly position who is ready for an opportunity to learn a new skill and move into a professional service career.

You don't need a trade or previous experience in our industry. We are more interested in your attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning how to professionally clean residential, commercial, institutional and industrial ventilation systems.

The work is hands-on and takes place at different customer locations. You'll learn to operate specialized equipment, work safely around homes and businesses, interact professionally with customers, and eventually become capable of completing service work independently.

Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean RCMP criminal record check
- Reliable transportation to report to work
- Physically capable of performing hands-on work, including using ladders and moving equipment
- Professional and dependable
- Willing to travel to customer locations as required

Experience No duct-cleaning experience required or desired In fact, we're happy to hear from people who have never considered working in a service business before.
