This full time position supports essential university functions through system management and innovation. This contract role invites applicants with a diploma or degree in IT, and a minimum of three years' experience in server or network support.

You will be a crucial member of ITSS, overseeing the operational aspects of network infrastructure and providing user training. Your work will strengthen the quality of IT services across the university. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee server and network installations and maintenance
Manage cloud and on-premise backup systems
Handle endpoint device configurations with management tools
Assist with SSL certificate renewals
Coordinate systems training for end users Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Computer Science or IT
Minimum three years in network/server support
Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple systems
Experience with data protection strategies
