Steel, a key player in the OSCO Construction Group, seeks a Structural Steel Fitter to contribute to its operations. This full time role focuses on fabricating, erecting, and installing steel structures. You will work with shop drawings and employ various tools to ensure accurate alignment and fitting of steel components while lifting materials with overhead cranes. Key Responsibilities:
Position and align structural steel according to specifications
Determine task sequences using shop drawings
Mark reference points on materials with measuring devices
Move steel materials into position using overhead cranes
Operate jigs, welding torches, and hand tools regularly Requirements:
Completion of a pre-employment college program or equivalent
Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification (Block 1)
1 to 3 years of structural steel experience
Ability to work rotating shifts
