Focused on protected and productive production operations, this role combines technical expertise with leadership. As a vital part of our thermal operations team, you will oversee project execution and support the development of key operational methodologies.

Your role includes mentoring, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvements in our processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operational direction for facilities
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance
Promote and enforce safety leadership initiatives
Manage key performance indicators for production optimization
Support Management of Change and capital projects Requirements:
Second- or Third-Class Power Engineering Certificate
At least 7 years of relevant operating experience
Proven skills in troubleshooting complex systems
Effective communication and leadership abilities
