RioCan in Calgary is seeking a Leasing professional to negotiate leases and manage tenant relationships across our retail and mixed-use portfolio. Reporting to the AVP, Leasing, you will handle economic and legal aspects of current tenancies and renewals and coordinate with senior management.

You will develop tenant relationships, negotiate offers, monitor performance, and support strategic improvements to maximize revenue. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in a cooperative team workplace.
