Your role will focus on analytical strategy and financial insights to drive company success in a hybrid mode. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President of Finance, this permanent position requires a candidate skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and data visualization. You will work closely with various departments to establish a robust data-driven workplace that informs key decisions and optimizes performance metrics.

Your proactive approach will enhance organizational awareness of financial health and project forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the budgeting and forecasting lifecycle effectively
Provide variance insights and assist management in decision-making




Collaborate with teams on financial data architecture and performance
Generate comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis
Implement advanced analytics for operational improvements Requirements:
Finance or STEM degree, CPA or CA preferred
Mining sector experience considered a plus
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Proficient in Power BI and SQL reporting
