Deliver education on breastfeeding practices
Help mothers navigate breastfeeding difficulties
Support the initiation and sustainability of lactation
Maintain detailed patient records and follow-up on care
Provide guidance to nursing staff on breastfeeding issues Requirements:
Registered Nurse with BCCNM certification
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant qualification
At least 2 years’ experience in neonatal or perinatal nursing
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
