Senior AV Technician, ITLocation: Burnaby office, 5 days a week.Role: Oversee audiovisual systems and office technology standards across Clio’s global office footprint.ResponsibilitiesDeliver world‑class IT AV and office technology support to #teamClio around the globe.Own the global strategy, standards, and lifecycle management for meeting room audiovisual systems, collaboration tools, and office technology.Deliver onsite support for meeting room AV systems, end‑user hardware, and workstation hardware across global office locations, including international travel.Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AV solutions for conference rooms, training spaces, and executive meeting areas.Act as the primary escalation point for complex AV and office technology issues.QualificationsExtensive experience supporting and managing enterprise‑grade audiovisual systems in a global office environment.Highly experienced in managing inbound tickets and escalations from submission to completion.Mastery in documenting troubleshooting steps and clearly communicating solutions with end users and stakeholders.Ability to analyze IT and AV processes and implement change to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.Hands‑on experience with conferencing platforms and hardware (e.G., Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Poly,
