Clear Health Group is looking for a qualified First Aid Instructor to join our Clear Work team and deliver on-site workplace First Aid training for businesses throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.

This is a casual, on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Training days are scheduled based on client bookings and instructor availability. This role is ideal for an experienced instructor looking to add occasional training days to their existing schedule.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can do more than simply work through course material.

Our ideal instructor knows how to keep First Aid training fun, practical and engaging. You should be comfortable working with different personalities and workplace groups and know how to keep participants involved throughout the day.

We're also looking for someone with a business-minded approach. You will be representing Clear Health Group at our clients' workplaces, so building relationships is an important part of the role. We want someone who takes pride in delivering a great experience, looks for opportunities to earn repeat business and is comfortable asking satisfied clients for reviews and feedback.

What We Provide

- $32/hour
- Paid travel time to and from client locations
- Mileage reimbursed at the current CRA prescribed rate
- All required First Aid training equipment and course materials
- Clear Health Group branded polo
- Client bookings, scheduling and coordination handled by our team

Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site Basic and Intermediate First Aid training
- Make training practical, interactive and enjoyable for participants
- Provide professional classroom and hands-on instruction
- Set up and organize training equipment and materials
- Complete required course documentation




- Deliver courses in accordance with applicable BC standards and program requirements
- Build strong relationships with client contacts and participants
- Help identify future training needs and repeat-booking opportunities
- Ask satisfied clients for reviews and feedback
- Represent Clear Health Group professionally at every client site

Qualifications
- Current First Aid Instructor certification/credentials applicable to the courses being delivered
- Previous First Aid instruction experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and people skills
- Engaging, approachable and comfortable leading groups
- Business-minded and interested in helping grow our First Aid services
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland
- Weekday availability

Experience training employees in construction, manufacturing, industrial or other workplace environments is an asset.

Schedule

- Starting October 2026
- Casual / on-call
- Primarily weekdays
- Full-day and occasional multi-day assignments
- Training dates vary based on client demand
- No minimum or guaranteed hours

About Clear Health Group Clear Health Group provides mobile occupational health and workplace safety services to employers across British Columbia through our Clear Work division.

Our services include on-site First Aid training, mobile hearing testing, respirator fit testing and other occupational health services.
