Duties

- Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables to promote smooth service flow.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order accuracy and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts.
- Support food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or portioning under supervision.




- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and hygiene standards at all times.
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders or assist with cash handling when required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic food preparation techniques.
- Experience working with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly across the floor, and lift moderate loads as needed.
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach to work.
