we are looking to hire SR. IT SAM Specialist at Toronto, ON.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid knowledge of software asset management principles and practices and SAM Tools such as Remedy, SNOW, ServiceNow SAM/HAM Pro.
Any SAM tool Architectural workflow understanding or Knowledge.
CSAM Certified is positive to have.
Solid problem solving and consultative skillset.
Solid presentation, communication, multitasking and time management skillset.
Good communication skills displaying timely and accurate information sharing with active listening skillset.
Experience of handling a minimum of 5 Tier -1 and Tier -2 publishers specifically IBM, VMware, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Redhat, Salesforce and Engineering & SAAS applications.
ITIL V3 or 4 certified
Audit Readiness skillset.
