Facilitate transition and operational documentation
Track service requirements and maintain progress logs
Collaborate with service providers for consolidated documentation




Prepare meeting materials and record key notes
Support inspections and readiness activities through documentation Requirements:
Highschool Diploma with preferred relevant degree
Experience in project coordination within defense or aviation
Robust organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and project tools
Eligible for Secret Security Clearance and willing to travel Bring your operational support skills to SkyAlyne and contribute to future pilot training success.
