The Certification

Advisor will innovate and maintain the apprenticeship framework while effectively engaging with industry stakeholders and apprentices. This role combines skills in compliance monitoring and public education to ensure all legislative responsibilities are met. Your robust leadership and communication skills will help lead awareness initiatives and training programs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with industry, employers, and apprentices
Conduct audits and educational compliance activities




Update program records and compliance-related databases
Deliver public workshops on apprenticeship certification
Provide expert advice on legislative processes to clients Requirements:
Post-secondary education or trades certification preferred
Previous experience in apprenticeship systems or compliance contexts
Proficient in administrative tasks and report writing
Robust relationship management and communication skills
