This agile role involves providing mental health counselling to a diverse clientele, focusing on trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive practices. A commitment to anti-violence and systemic change is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client wellness checks and safety planning
Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducation
Collaborate with caseworkers for integrated care
Organize workshops addressing mental health issues
Document client progress and maintain confidentiality Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential
Minimum two years' experience in mental health support
Certification with CCPA or relevant regulatory body
Experience with racialized and immigrant populations
