Become a crucial part of Brandt's Milton Construction & Forestry as a Service Writer. Manage service records and assist customers to streamline service operations. In this role, you support the Service Manager by ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of work orders. You'll be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and maintaining relevant service documentation. This includes preparing service reports and managing warranty claims under supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Address inquiries from internal and external customers
Open and control work orders throughout their lifecycle
Maintain an updated service library for reference
Organize filing systems within the Service Department
