Join Mount Washington Alpine Resort as a Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, focusing on lessons and staff training. This seasonal, full time position runs from December through April, supporting adventure and community. As a Level 3 or 4 instructor, you will coordinate and deliver training sessions, shadow lessons, and cultivate a positive learning setting.

Your role includes leading meetings, maintaining training documentation, and compliance with resort standards, all while promoting exceptional guest service in a winter wonderland. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct snowboard staff training and mentorship sessions
Facilitate morning meetings and organize training settings
Update training and coaching logs accurately
Create individualized training plans to enhance staff skills
Provide snowboard lessons when not engaged in training Requirements:
At least Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
Effective communication skills and team collaboration
Prior experience with children in a training context
Valid criminal record check mandatory
