You will interact with management to create exceptional snow school experiences, ensuring smooth lesson assignments and scheduling. Expect to teach when needed and contribute to the annual Ski + Ride School Business Plan and Budget. Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership for staff and guests
Delegate non-teaching tasks and manage staff schedules
Oversee lesson assignments between guests and Ski + Ride pros
Ensure coverage for Manager & Sales Supervisor when absent
Coordinate Ski + Ride School equipment and supplies Requirements:
Active CSIA/CASI/CANSI Level 3 certification required
Two years of supervisory or lead experience
High integrity with adaptability for changing conditions
Physically fit to ski or ride during work hours
