Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laborer specializing in Formwork to join our dynamic construction team.

Duties
Vary from site prep work such as stone bases, rebar or hpb
Operate heavy equipment is an asset to the team
Assist with formwork for concrete projects
Assist team leader and follow instructions
Ability to learn quick

Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete forming, carpentry, or related trades.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate assembly of formwork.
Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or power tools required for productive job site performance.
Knowledge of rebar installation techniques, masonry work,



welding processes, and flooring installation preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Experience in renovation or restoration projects involving caulking, concrete finishing, or structural repairs is advantageous.
Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent teamwork skills to support diverse construction activities.

KEY - MUST DRIVE Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
