This role is pivotal for ensuring compliance and effective oversight at our Toronto office. Reporting directly to the VP of Fund Oversight, your responsibilities will include managing tax-related filings and overseeing expense reports.

You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and enforce governance frameworks. Robust analytical and leadership skills are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Manage tax distribution calculations and provisions
Oversee T2 and T3 tax return reviews and filings
Handle HST compliance and reporting processes
Prepare crucial management reports and analyses
Assist with governance of fund initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum of six to eight years in fund taxation
CPA designation is beneficial
Comprehensive knowledge of tax compliance rules
Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
