Wood's Homes, a not-for-profit mental health centre, is seeking a full-time Senior Youth & Family Counsellor.

This role requires working rotating shifts to provide supportive care to clients within a structured environment. You'll be actively involved in case management and maintaining a protected and engaging living space. Key Responsibilities:
Implement structured programs for personal and social development
Attend and contribute to case conferences and training sessions
Manage crisis situations and support client admissions
Uphold a protected living setting according to licensing guidelines
Provide leadership and operational guidance to program staff Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences or related fields
Four years of experience with youth in residential settings
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Valid class 5 driver’s license and personal transportation
