You will help lead the daily operations and create a positive work setting and a fantastic team culture.ResponsibilitiesFollow all company Policies & Procedures as outlined by HBH GroupFollow all Health & Safety standards outlined by the companyFollow all sanitation and cleanliness standards set forth by the companyEnsure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basisAssist with all facets of the kitchen operation such as food preparation, cooking and executing menu items, ordering and cleanlinessAttention to detail with the ability to see things from the guest9s perspectiveMaintain the standards of HBH GroupOrganizational and time management skillsMust be able to work well under pressure in a high-paced environmentBe present and assist in providing a positive guest experienceMaintain guest satisfaction and engage in guest service recovery when requiredAssist with recruitment, training,
